What are your trading hours?
Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, but our website never sleeps, so place your order and we’ll attend to it as soon as possible.
How do I order?
Browse our website, add your desired items to your basket and click “Checkout” to proceed to the checkout page
Do you have products in stock?
All the products seen on our website are available and ready to ship, unless stated Out of Stock.
To avoid customer dissapointment, we do not allow backorders.
Can I view the products before purchasing them?
We do not have a walk-in shop, but customers are welcome to request our warehouse staff to show them specific items. Purchases can then be made by paying with a card on site. Please note, however, that this process usually takes longer than placing an order online and choosing the “collect” option at checkout.
How long before I receive my order?
Once your order is placed and your payment has been made, your order will be packed and shipped.
Orders received before 1:00pm on weekdays, are packed and shipped on the same day. Orders received after 1:00pmweekly or on weekends, are packed and shipped on the following business day.
Depending on your shipping address, Standard Shipping takes 1-4 business days.
Customers in Gauteng can expect next weekday delivery on orders placed before 1:00pm
Customers in other major cities can expect delivery in 2-3 weekdays on orders placed before 1:00pm
Customers in outlying areas can expect delivery in 2-4 weekdays on orders placed before 1:00pm
What is your delivery cost?
We have a standard shipping fee of R99.00 Nationwide. Free shipping applies to orders over R800.00.
We have also added a budget shipping option for certain areas. This service takes longer, but is cheaper.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes we do. When checking out, there will be an overnight or express shipping option if available for your area.
Can I make changes to my order once submitted?
Should you wish to make changes to your submitted order, please email, whatsapp or phone us with your order number and the changes required.
How do I pay for my order?
Payments can be made by using our payment portals, Payfast and Yoco.
Each payment portal has a wide variety of payment options, which includes EFT and Card payments.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. However, if you wish to cancel your order after your payment has been made and the order packaged for shipping, you will be liable for the bank charges and cost of the shipping related to your order. These costs will be deducted from the amount you paid and you will be refunded the balance.

How do I track my order?
We use BobGo for our deliveries, they will deliver your order to your door.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number which can be used to track your order on their website –https://track.bobgo.co.za/
Do you have a physical shop?
We don’t operate a physical retail shop. Our business is fully online, but customers are welcome to request our warehouse staff to show them items in person. If you’d like to buy something during your visit, you can complete your purchase by paying with a card on site. Please note, this process is slower than ordering online and selecting the “collect” option at checkout.
What if I want my order the same day?
We don’t provide same day delivery. You do however have the option to collect on the same day or send an Uber Parcel to collect within our business hours. Be sure to provide the driver with your order number.
Can I reserve stock?
Unfortunately not. The only way to reserve your stock is to place your order on our website and select the collection option when checking out.
I've been ordering online from Party Palace for my girls' parties for three years. Delivery is always super quick (I live in the Western Cape, I always receive my package within 2-3 days). They have such a great variety of products available and it's always just as described on their website. Very happy customer.

Very good quality, I love them.. I bought on the 6th and I received my parcel on the 8th of Oct and I’m very happy about how quickly it was delivered. I had one small problem the box which was wrapped in was wet on the corner I’m not sure if it was the courier guys fault or what but luckily it was well wrapped with protective plastic inside. So it wasn’t wet. I’m very happy the kids really liked them.
The quality and price of the face masks I ordered was excellent, the website was super easy to use and the delivery was lightening fast! I was very impressed with Party Palace and will definately use them again, and highly recommend them to others.

I was in a bind for my daughter's second birthday and needed party decorations delivered to a remote part of the country within 3 days of my order. Phoned Party Palace on a Monday morning, totally stressed out, asking whether they could courier overnight. A very kind man (I think Bradley) advised that I should just place the order online and that they will definitely deliver by the Wednesday. Did it; my order arrived the next morning - absolutely beautiful as always (I had ordered from them for my little one's first birthday also), and my kiddo had a blast with friends on her birtday playing with her pink leopard foil balloon, the giraffe foil balloon, and a selection of coloured balloons, animal cake toppers, animal-themed cake plates, and animal-themed masks. Highly recommend Party Palace!
