What are your trading hours?
Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, but our website never sleeps, so place your order and we’ll attend to it as soon as possible.
How do I order?
Browse our website, add your desired items to your basket and click “Checkout” to proceed to the checkout page
Do you have products in stock?
All the products seen on our website are available and ready to ship, unless stated Out of Stock.
To avoid customer dissapointment, we do not allow backorders.
Can I view the products before purchasing them?
All our products are displayed and described as accurately as possible on the website. Unfortunately we do not allow viewings at our warehouse.

How long before I receive my order?
Once your order is placed and your payment has been made, your order will be packed and shipped.
Orders received before 11:00am on weekdays, are packed and shipped on the same day. Orders received after 11:00am weekly or on weekends, are packed and shipped on the following business day.
Depending on your shipping address, Standard Shipping takes 1-5 business days.
Customers in Gauteng can expect next weekday delivery on orders placed before 11:00am
Customers in other major cities can expect delivery in 2-3 weekdays on orders placed before 11:00am
Customers in outlying areas can expect delivery in 2-4 weekdays on orders placed before 11:00am
What is your delivery cost?
We have a standard shipping fee of R99.00 Nationwide. Free shipping applies to orders over R800.00.
Do you offer express shipping?
Our website does not make provision for Express/Overnight Shipping. Please contact us should you have an urgent order.
Can I make changes to my order once submitted?
Should you wish to make changes to your submitted order, please email, whatsapp or phone us with your order number and the changes required.
How do I pay for my order?
Payments can be made by using our payment portals, Payfast and Yoco.
Each payment portal has a wide variety of payment options, which includes EFT and Card payments.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. However, if you wish to cancel your order after your payment has been made and the order packaged for shipping, you will be liable for the bank charges and cost of the shipping related to your order. These costs will be deducted from the amount you paid and you will be refunded the balance.

How do I track my order?
We use The Courier Guy for our deliveries, they will deliver your order to your door.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number which can be used to track your order on their website –https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track
