I missed my collection deadline, but since the items needed to be in Ethiopia the next day, the owner went above and beyond and opened the warehouse after hours for me. Very good quality, I love them.. I bought on the 6th and I received my parcel on the 8th of Oct and I’m very happy about how quickly it was delivered. I had one small problem the box which was wrapped in was wet on the corner I’m not sure if it was the courier guys fault or what but luckily it was well wrapped with protective plastic inside. So it wasn’t wet. I’m very happy the kids really liked them.

I was in a bind for my daughter's second birthday and needed party decorations delivered to a remote part of the country within 3 days of my order. Phoned Party Palace on a Monday morning, totally stressed out, asking whether they could courier overnight. A very kind man (I think Bradley) advised that I should just place the order online and that they will definitely deliver by the Wednesday. Did it; my order arrived the next morning - absolutely beautiful as always (I had ordered from them for my little one's first birthday also), and my kiddo had a blast with friends on her birtday playing with her pink leopard foil balloon, the giraffe foil balloon, and a selection of coloured balloons, animal cake toppers, animal-themed cake plates, and animal-themed masks. Highly recommend Party Palace!

1. Well priced and value for money - compared to bigger corporations like Takealot or Amazon I was actually really happy to find their prices at Party Palace were great and they had so much more to offer (all in one place!).
2. The parcel came even quicker than I anticipated
3. Great customer service - I forgot to add something to my order and they amended it and made is so easy to pay the outstanding amount.

There was a small issue with one of the products I had ordered and the team called as soon as my order was placed and managed my expectations with a great solve. There was also a lovely surprise free gift upon delivery. My only flag was the slowness of the website experience... products take a while to load. Other than that 5/5!
