Great service from PARTY PALACE! I missed my collection deadline, but since the items needed to be in Ethiopia the next day, the owner went above and beyond and opened the warehouse after hours for me. Very good quality, I love them.. I bought on the 6th and I received my parcel on the 8th of Oct and I’m very happy about how quickly it was delivered. I had one small problem the box which was wrapped in was wet on the corner I’m not sure if it was the courier guys fault or what but luckily it was well wrapped with protective plastic inside. So it wasn’t wet. I’m very happy the kids really liked them.

I was in a bind for my daughter's second birthday and needed party decorations delivered to a remote part of the country within 3 days of my order. Phoned Party Palace on a Monday morning, totally stressed out, asking whether they could courier overnight. A very kind man (I think Bradley) advised that I should just place the order online and that they will definitely deliver by the Wednesday. Did it; my order arrived the next morning - absolutely beautiful as always (I had ordered from them for my little one's first birthday also), and my kiddo had a blast with friends on her birtday playing with her pink leopard foil balloon, the giraffe foil balloon, and a selection of coloured balloons, animal cake toppers, animal-themed cake plates, and animal-themed masks. Highly recommend Party Palace!
