Wonderful experience using Party Shop for the first time! Excellent product range and impressive product quality. There was a small issue with one of the products I had ordered and the team called as soon as my order was placed and managed my expectations with a great solve. There was also a lovely surprise free gift upon delivery. My only flag was the slowness of the website experience... products take a while to load. Other than that 5/5!
Exceptional service! I was scared that I might have placed my order to late, but still took the chance and to my surprise I have received my parcel within 3 days.
