Party Palace Rewards

Our customer tier program rewards returning customers, event planners, schools, businesses and party lovers with bigger savings as their qualifying spend grows. Your tier is calculated automatically from your paid orders over a rolling 90-day period.

To qualify, you must create an account and place your orders while logged in.

When you shop with your Party Palace account, we calculate your qualifying spend from eligible paid orders during the last 90 days. Once your spend reaches a tier threshold, your discount is applied automatically at cart and checkout.

You do not need to enter a special coupon code. If you qualify, your discount will be handled for you.

Only orders placed through a registered Party Palace customer account can count toward your tier.

Guest checkout orders do not qualify for customer tier discounts, even if the same email address is used later. To make sure your purchases count, please create an account before placing your order and stay logged in when checking out.

Qualifying spend is based on eligible product purchases from paid orders during the rolling 90-day period.

Shipping charges, shipping tax, fees, cancelled orders, failed orders, pending-payment orders and refunded amounts do not count toward your qualifying spend.

Party Palace Rewards discounts are calculated automatically based on qualifying spend linked to your registered customer account.

Only logged-in customer orders count toward tier qualification. Guest orders cannot be added manually or combined with an account afterward.

Qualifying spend is calculated over a rolling 90-day period and may increase or decrease as new orders are placed, older orders fall outside the 90-day window, or refunds are processed.

Discounts apply only while the customer qualifies for the relevant tier. Party Palace may update tier thresholds, discount percentages, qualifying order rules or program availability at any time.

Tier discounts may not apply to all products, sale items, promotions or coupon combinations. Where another coupon or promotion is used, Party Palace reserves the right to determine whether discounts may be combined.

The Wholesale tier is a customer spend tier and does not automatically create a separate trade account, reseller agreement or credit facility.

Party Palace reserves the right to correct, remove or refuse a tier discount where there has been an error, abuse, fraud, cancelled payment, refunded order or misuse of the program.
